非线性材料仿真精度提升的研究(二)——数据类型对比

摘要 为了提升非线性材料的仿真精度,针对Mooney-Rivlin模型常数进行研究,旨在对比利用工程应力数据和真实应力数据定义非线性材料得到的仿真精度。首先制作标准拉伸样条,对样条进行拉伸试验,得到样条的变形拉力曲线;其次对试验数据进行处理,得到橡胶的工程应力应变曲线和真实应力应变曲线;然后将得到的应力应变曲线输入ANSYS中进行曲线拟合,得到两参数Mooney-Rivlin模型常数C10和C01;最后进行非线性仿真分析,将仿真得到的应力应变曲线与测试结果进行对比,以验证模型的精度。研究结果表明:利用真实应力应变曲线进行拟合得到的结果与真实情况更为贴合,对后续非线性模型的表达和仿真工作可以起到指导作用。 In order to improve the simulation precision of nonlinear materials,focuses on the Mooney-Rivlin model constants,aiming to compare the simulation accuracy obtained by defining nonlinear materials using engineering stress data and real stress data.Firstly,make a standard tensile spline,conduct tensile tests on the spline,and obtain the deformation tension curve of the spline.Secondly,the experimental data was processed to obtain the engineering stress-strain curve and the true stress-strain curve of the rubber.Then input the obtained stress-strain curve into ANSYS for curve fitting,and obtain the two parameter Mooney-Rivlin model constants C10 and C01.Finally,a nonlinear simulation analysis is conducted to compare the stress-strain curve obtained from the simulation with the test results to verify the accuracy of the model.The research results show that the fitting results obtained by using the real stress-strain curve are more in line with the actual situation,can guide the definition and simulation of subsequent nonlinear models.
