摘要
目的:探讨真武汤合血府逐瘀汤治疗慢性心力衰竭气虚血瘀证的临床效果.方法:选取2023年5—9月北海市第二人民医院收治的慢性心力衰竭气虚血瘀证患者73例作为观察对象,随机分为对照组(36例,西药治疗)与观察组(37例,在对照组基础上联合真武汤合血府逐瘀汤治疗).比较两组心功能指标、中医证候积分、血脂水平.结果:治疗后,观察组左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、左室射血分数优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胸闷憋气、喘息、心悸和水肿评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:应用真武汤合血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭气虚血瘀证患者,能够改善其心功能、血脂指标及临床症状.
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Zhenwu Decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in treating Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of seventy-three patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chronic heart failure admitted to Beihai Second People's Hospital from May to September 2023 were selected as observation objects,and randomly divided into control group(36 cases,Western medicine treatment)and observation group(37 cases,Zhenwu Decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of control group).Cardiac function index,TCM syndrome score and blood lipid level were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,left ventricular enddiastolic diameter,left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction in observation group were better than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of chest tightness,breathlessness,wheezing,palpitation and edema in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of triglyceride,total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol in observation group were better than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Zhenwu Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Western medicine to treat patients with chronic heart failure syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis can improve their heart function,lipid indexes and clinical symptoms.
