摘要
加强应用型本科院校大学生创业教育指导教师队伍建设对于推动创新创业教育的发展和提高创新创业人才培养质量和数量具有重要意义。加强创新创业指导教师管理,进一步优化教师队伍结构;加强创新创业指导教师培训与能力提升;完善考核评价制度;健全创新创业指导教师激励和保障措施。主要从教师的管理、结构、培养、评价、服务保障方面下功夫,建立起一支素质高、专业能力强、实践经验丰富的创新创业指导教师队伍。
It is of great significance to strengthen the construction of entrepreneurship guidance instructors in applied-oriented undergraduate colleges,as it can promote its development and improve the quality and quantity of related talents.The structure of instructors’team can be further optimized through enhancing the management.The assessment of evaluation system would be improved by the enhancement of cultivation.The incentives and safe-guards for instructors should also be replenished.Those goals can be reached through working on the management,structure,training,evaluation,and service guarantee of instructors,and establishing a team of instructors with high quality,strong professional ability,and rich practical experience.
