摘要
深在性囊性胃炎(GCP)是胃黏膜相对罕见的病变,常无典型临床症状,可出现腹痛、腹胀、反酸等症状。内镜下表现不一,多呈黏膜下肿瘤样改变。目前治疗上尚无共识。本文报道二例GCP的患者内镜下的病理特点及诊治过程,以提高临床医师对该病的认知水平。
The gastritis cystica profunda(GCP)is a relatively rare lesion of the gastric mucosa,presenting with atypical clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain,bloating,and acid reflux.Endoscopic manifestations are various.Most of the reported cases present submucosal tumor changes.Currently,there is no consensus on the treatment.This article reports two cases of GCP,describes the endoscopic and pathological characteristics,and diagnosis and treatment process,aiming to enhance the awareness of the disease among clinical physicians.
