摘要
总结高树中教授基于“在筋守筋、在骨守骨”理论治疗痹证特色。“在筋守筋、在骨守骨”出自《灵枢·终始》,高教授认为病位在筋骨之痹,病变脏腑涉及肝脾肾,治疗应守筋守骨。临证针刺以局部解结消灶为主,远近配穴,重视三阳经取穴,穴少而精;强调针法操作,巧施针法,随咳进针,活动患处;针刺宜深内而久留,意在刺至病所;常用砖熨法、麦麸熨法,配合引经药,引药至病所。刺熨方药结合,药廉效佳,法活机圆,内外合治,效如桴鼓,为临床治疗痹证开拓思路。
This paper summarized the characteristics of Professor GAO Shuzhong in the treatment of Bi syndrome based on the theory of“consolidating tendons and bones for Bi syndrome due to tendons and bones disorders”.The theory of“consolidating tendons and bones for Bi syndrome due to tendons and bones disorders”comes from Lingshu Zhongshi.Professor GAO believes that the Bi syndrome is located in tendons and bones and involves liver,spleen and kidney.The treatment should be focus on tendons and bones.The clinical acupuncture is mainly based on local resolution of knot and eliminating focus,far and near acupoints matching,paying attention to selecting acupoints in Sanyang meridians,with few and fine acupoints.The acupuncture emphasizes the manipulation and skillful applying,needling with cough and moving the affected area.The acupuncture should be deep and stay for a long time,intending to reach the place of the disease.The brick ironing method and wheat bran ironing method are often used to guide the medicine to the disease location.The combination of acupuncture,ironing,prescription and medicine is cheap and effective,the applying method is flexible,and the internal and external treatment can be combined.The effect is immediate as a drum,which opens up ideas for the clinical treatment of Bi syndrome.
