“食品化学”课程思政教学探究

摘要 深入挖掘“食品化学”课程思政元素,充分发挥课程育人主阵地作用,将思政元素有效融入教学大纲、课程设计、教学方法中,贯穿课堂讲授、教学研讨、实验、实践各环节;健全课程考核评价体系;同时,加强师资队伍培训,提升教师课程思政教学能力. The ideological and political elements of the"Food chemistry"course are explored to highlight the principal role of curriculum education.The ideological and political elements of the course are not only integrated into the teaching syllabus,course design,and teaching methods,but also permeate the classroom lectures,teaching discussions,and experimental practices.The assessment and evaluation system for the course is designed.At the same time,teacher training is strengthened to enhance teachers' curriculum ideological and political teaching abilities.
