摘要
本文对24名下肢无损伤女子篮球运动员进行实验研究。随机将她们分为高强度抗阻训练组、中强度抗阻训练组和常规篮球训练对照组。研究结果表明:高强度抗阻训练和中等强度抗阻训练显著提高了APSI(前后稳定指数)、MLSI(左右稳定指数)和OSI(整体稳定指数)的动态平衡指标。在停训4周后,APSI和MLSI没发生明显变化。但是中强度训练组的OSI高于高强度抗阻训练组。总之,高强度和中等强度抗阻训练均能提高动态平衡,中等强度抗阻训练在停训一段时间后仍有效果。
A total of 24 female basketball players without lower extremity injury were randomly divided into high-intensity resistance training group,moderate-intensity resistance training group and control group with regular basketball practice.The results show that high-intensity and moderate-intensity resistance trainings significantly improve the dynamic balance indexes of APSI(anterior-posterior stability index),MLSI(medial-lateral stability index)and OSI(overall stability index).After 4 weeks of detaining,APSI and MLSI do not change significantly.However,OSI in the moderate-intensity training group is higher than that in the high-intensity resistance training group.In conclusion,both high-intensity and moderate-intensity resistance training improve dynamic balance,and moderate-intensity resistance training continues to work for a period of time even after the training.
