摘要
目的探讨妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者采用综合护理干预的效果。方法选择60例妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预,比较两组甲状腺功能、心理状态及妊娠结局。结果干预后,观察组促甲状腺激素水平低于对照组,甲状腺激素水平高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组心理状态评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组早产、剖宫产及妊娠期高血压疾病发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者采用综合护理干预的效果较好,可改善甲状腺功能,调节心理状态,降低不良妊娠结局发生率,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pregnant patients with hypothyroidism.Methods A total of 60 pregnant patients with hypothyroidism were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention,and the thyroid function,psychological state and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the level of thyroid stimulating hormone in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the level of thyroid hormone was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the psychological status score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of preterm birth,cesarean section and pregnancy-induced hypertension in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pregnant patients with hypothyroidism is better,which can improve thyroid function,regulate psychological state,reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
