摘要
乡村产业振兴是乡村振兴的物质基础与活力源泉,而数字经济又是乡村产业振兴的重要驱动力。乡村产业的均衡性增长是推动乡村产业生态繁荣发展的重要支撑,重塑产业结构、促进产业融合,推动城乡产业良性循环是均衡性增长机理的主要内容。目前我国乡村地区产业发展存在数字基础设施覆盖不足、产业流通有堵点、要素数字化进程缓慢、数字治理体系不完善等问题,需要完善数字基础设施、打通产业循环堵点、增强要素数字化管理水平、创新数字治理模式,以释放数字红利,助力乡村产业振兴。
The revitalization of rural industries is the material foundation and source of vitality of rural revitalization,and the digital economy is an important driving force for rural industrial revitalization.Balanced growth of rural industries is an important support for promoting the prosperous development of rural industrial ecology,and reshaping industrial structure,promoting industrial integration,and promoting the virtuous cycle of urban and rural industries are the main contents of the mechanism of balanced growth.At present,the industrial development of China's rural areas has problems such as insufficient coverage of digital infrastructure,blockages in industrial circulation,slow digitization process of factors,and imperfect digital governance system,which requires improving digital infrastructure,opening up the blockages in industrial circulation,enhancing the level of digitized management of factors,and innovating the digital governance model,in order to release the digital dividend and help revitalize the rural industries.
