基于MaxEnt模型的菊科植物一枝黄花在中国适生性分析

摘要 利用一枝黄花在中国分布点的285条地理分布信息及20个环境因子,采用最大熵(Max Ent)模型结合地理信息系统(GIS)对其在中国适宜性分布区进行预测。研究结果:Max Ent模型预测精度较高,10次Max Ent模拟的训练数据和测试数据的AUC平均值分别为0.976和0.978,符合预测要求。综合分析得出影响一枝黄花生长的主导因子共7个。其中,最重要的环境数据是最干季降雨量和最热季平均降雨量,二者累计贡献率达85.2%。一枝黄花的全国适宜性分布区域与中国植物志的记载稍有不同,最适宜生长地区主要分布于江西、福建、广西、广东和台湾地区等地;中国植物志未记载的东北地区以及华北地区亦有分布,主要为中低适宜生长区。该研究结果对一枝黄花扩大种植面积和提高栽培技术等实践工作具有指导意义。 Using 285 geographical distribution information and 20 environmental factors of Solidago decurrens in China,the maximum entropy(MaxEnt)model combined with geographic information system(GIS)was used to predict the suitable distribution area of Solidago decurrens in China.The prediction accuracy of MaxEnt model is high.The average AUC of the training data and test data of 10 MaxEnt simulations are 0.976 and 0.978,respectively,which meet the prediction requirements.The comprehensive analysis shows that there are 7 main factors affecting the growth of Solidago decurrens,the most important environmental data are the dry season rainfall and the average rainfall in the hottest season,whose cumulative contribution rate is 85.2%.The national suitability distribution area of Solidago decurrens is slightly different from that recorded in the Flora Reipublicae Popularis Sinicae.The most suitable growth areas are mainly distributed in Jiangxi Province,Fujian Province,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,Guangdong Province and Taiwan Province.Northeast China and North China,which are not recorded in the Flora Reipublicae Popularis Sinicae,can also be distributed,mainly in the middle or low suitable growth areas.The research results have guiding significance for the practice of expanding the planting area and improving the cultivation technology of Solidago decurrens.
