阿奇霉素与红霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的效果分析

摘要 目的:分析阿奇霉素与红霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月常州市金坛第一人民医院收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿86例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=41)与观察组(n=45)。两组均行常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予红霉素,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予阿奇霉素。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.036)。治疗前,两组血清红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血清ESR、CRP、PCT水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IgA、IgG、IgM水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的整体效果优于红霉素,可减轻炎性反应,调节机体免疫功能。 Objective:To analyze the effect of azithromycin and erythromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneu⁃monia in children.Methods:A total of 86 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to Changzhou Jintan First People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=45).Both groups received conventional treatment,the control group was treated with eryth⁃romycin on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with azithromycin on the basis of conven⁃tional treatment.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.036).Before treat⁃ment,there was no significant difference in serum erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcito⁃nin(PCT)levels between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of serum ESR,CRP and PCT in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statisti⁃cally significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall effect of azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children is better than erythromycin,which can reduce inflammatory reac⁃tions and regulate the body's immune function.
