摘要
刮板输送机是煤矿自动化开采过程中的重要设备,对煤矿的开采效率及稳定性具有重要的影响作用。在刮板输送机的运行过程中受到井下复杂环境的影响,产生较大的冲击及振动作用,需要减速器箱体进行承载并减震。针对减速器箱体在额定工况及极限工况下的性能进行仿真计算,从而为减速器箱体的稳定高效使用提供参考。
Scraper conveyor is an important equipment in the process of coal mine automation,which has an important influence on the mining efficiency and stability of coal mine.In the operation of the scraper conveyor is affected by the complex underground environment,which produces large impact and vibration,and requires the reducer box to carry and damping.The performance of the reducer box in the rated working condition and the limit working condition is simulated and calculated,so as to provide reference for the stable and efficient useof thereducer box.
