摘要
基于采煤机截割部多级齿轮传动-箱体耦合动力学模型及仿真,介绍一种采煤机截割部动力学性能优化设计。具体设计中需要先构建耦合模型,再通过耦合模型从固有振动特性、动态响应特性以及多级齿轮传动-箱体耦合动力学特性三个角度实施仿真分析,根据仿真结果实施采煤机截割时动力学性能优化设计,最后将优化设计应用于工程实践,确认优化设计具有较强的应用成效。
Based on the multi-stage gear transmission-box coupling dynamics model and simulation of the cutting section of coal mining machine,an optimised design of the cutting section of coal mining machine is introduced.Specific design needs to construct the coupling model,then through the coupling model from the intrinsic vibration characteristics,dynamic response characteristics and multi-stage gear transmission-box coupling dynamics from three perspectives of simulation analysis,according to the simulation results of the implementation of coal mining machine cutting dynamics optimization design,and finally the optimization of the design is applied to the engineering practice,to confirm that the optimization of the design has a strong application of the effectiveness of the optimization of the design.
