摘要 基于传统综采工作面设备控制系统自动化水平低,无法对设备工况信息及设备状态实时在线监测,以及无法对采集数据分类融合,各设备之间协同控制效果差等问题,长平煤矿通过技术研究,对4328工作面设备安装了一套远程控制系统,该系统通过驱动层、数据库模块、模型逻辑层、数据可视化层实现设备间相互协同控制,提高了设备集中控制自动化水平,减少了设备监控劳动作业强度,取得了显著应用成效。 Based on the problems of low automation level of traditional synthesis mining face equipment control system,inability to real-time online monitoring of equipment working condition information and equipment status,as well as inability to classify and integrate the collected data,and poor synergistic control effect between equipment,Changping Coal Mine installed a remote control system for 4328 working face equipment through technical research,which is implemented through the driver layer,database module,and model logic layer,The system achieves mutual cooperative control among equipments through driver layer,database module,model logic layer,data visualization layer,improves the automation level of centralized control of equipments,reduces the labour intensity of equipment monitoring,and achieves remarkable application results.
