摘要
目的探讨中医特色护理干预对泌尿系结石肾绞痛患者的影响。方法便利选取2021年1月—2023年5月威海市中医院收治的86例泌尿系结石肾绞痛患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分组,对照组(n=43)实施常规护理,观察组(n=43)则采用中医特色护理干预,比较两组患者干预前后疼痛评分与焦虑/抑郁自评量表评分,以匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评估患者睡眠质量,并调查患者满意度。结果干预后6、12、24、48 h,观察组患者的疼痛视觉模拟法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分分别为(3.05±1.01)分、(2.86±0.74)分、(2.55±0.61)分、(2.23±0.55)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.357、4.390、4.864、5.894,P均<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数各维度评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对泌尿系结石肾绞痛患者采用中医特色护理干预效果确切,能减轻患者疼痛,改善其负性情绪与睡眠质量,并可提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing intervention on patients with urinary calculi and renal colic.Methods A total of 86 patients with urinary calculi and renal colic treated in Weihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to May 2023 were conveniently se-lected as research objects and were grouped by random number table method.The control group(n=43)received rou-tine nursing,and the observation group(n=43)received traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.Pain scores and Self-rating Anxiety/Depression Scale scores were compared,and sleep quality was assessed by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index between the two groups before and after the intervention,and patient satisfaction was investigated.Re-sults At 6,12,24 and 48 h after intervention,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores were(3.05±1.01)points,(2.86±0.74)points,(2.55±0.61)points and(2.23±0.55)points in the observation group,which were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.357,4.390,4.864,5.894,all P<0.05).After inter-vention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on patients with urinary calculi and renal colic is accurate,which can reduce the pain of patients,improve their negative emotions and sleep quality,and improve nursing satisfaction.
