摘要
为贯彻落实立德树人根本任务,促进高职教学改革,国家及地方教育主管部门提出“以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促改、以赛促研”,充分发挥比赛的引领示范作用。为迎合国家教育改革需要,并针对目前高职英语教学模式陈旧、课程育人能力效果不强、教师团队建设水平不高等三个主要问题,探索实践出解决问题的路径,将“大学英语”教学模式凝练为课赛融合模式,规划“一基两翼三教”改革途径,制定“三段五步、四标六融”教学策略,在数字化资源环境下促进育人能力,基于此进一步实践、论证。
In order to implement the fundamental task of moral education,deepen the education reform of higher vocational education,the national and local education authorities have proposed“promoting teaching,learning,reform,research by competition”to give full play to the leading and exemplary role.In order to meet the needs of the national education reform,and solve the three main problems of the current English teaching model in vocational colleges such as the outdated teaching mode,the bad effect of curriculum education ability,and the low level of teacher team construction,this paper explores and practices the path to solve the problems,concentrate on the teaching mode of integrating college English into competition,plan the reform way of“one base,two wings and three teaching”.Meanwhile,the teaching strategy of three teaching stages,five steps in class,integration of four objectives and six units is carried out to promote education ability in the digital resource environment,which is need to be further practiced and demonstrated.
