数字化制造技术在钳工加工中的创新应用研究

摘要 随着信息技术的飞速发展,数字化制造技术正迅速渗透并深刻改变着制造业的格局,在这个持续演进的背景下,数字化制造技术不仅仅是一种趋势,更是制造业蓬勃发展的关键引擎,尤其是是在钳工加工领域,数字化制造技术的广泛应用为该领域带来了前所未有的创新契机。通过系统分析数字化制造技术在钳工加工中的创新应用,通系统阐述对零件设计与建模、加工路径生成与优化、数控机床控制与操作、精密测量与质量控制、制造过程的数字化监控与优化以及制造信息的数字化管理等方面应用,详尽呈现数字化制造技术对钳工加工领域的深远影响,旨在为数字化制造技术在钳工加工中的应用提供一些思路。 With the rapid development of information technology,digital manufacturing technology is rapidly penetrating and profoundly reshaping the landscape of the manufacturing industry.In this context of ongoing evolution,digital manufacturing technology is not just a trend,but a crucial engine driving the vigorous growth of the manufacturing sector.Particularly in the field of sheet metal processing,the widespread application of digital manufacturing technology presents unprecedented opportunities for innovation.Through a systematic analysis of the innovative applications of digital manufacturing technology in sheet metal processing,this study comprehensively elaborates on its utilization in various aspects,including part design and modeling,generation and optimization of machining paths,control and operation of CNC machine tools,precision measurement and quality control,digital monitoring and optimization of manufacturing processes,as well as the digitized management of manufacturing information.This study aims to present in-depth insights into the profound impact of digital manufacturing technology on the field of sheet metal processing,with the intention of offering some ideas for the application of digital manufacturing technology in this domain.
