摘要
目的探索分层递进培养模式在胸心外科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的效果。方法选取2022年3月至2023年3月在苏州大学附属第二医院胸心外科轮转的90名住院医师为研究对象,其中观察组46人,对照组44人。观察两组住院医师出科后的考核理论成绩、专科技能操作成绩以及主观学习感受。结果观察组住院医师的出科考核理论成绩、专科技能操作成绩以及主观学习感受均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论分层递进式培养模式在胸心外科住培的应用中显示出了明显的优越性,提高了住院医师的专业知识和临床技能水平,是一种值得进一步探索和推广的教学模式。
Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical progressive training mode in the standardized training of residents in thoracic and cardiac surgery.Methods A total of 90 residents who studied in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=46)and the control group(n=44).The theoretical scores,specialized skills operation scores and subjective learning feelings of the two groups were observed.Results The theoretical knowledge scores,specialized skills operation scores and subjective learning feeling of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical progressive training mode has shown obvious advantages in the application of standardized training of residents in thoracic and cardiac surgery,which can improve the professional knowledge and clinical skills of residents.It is a teaching mode worthy of further exploration and promotion.
