摘要
以某发电厂2×1050 MW超超临界机组为研究对象,应用质量控制工具改善电厂氮氧化物浓度分布均匀性。介绍了脱硝喷氨格栅喷氨系统存在的问题,提出改进目标,进而应用质量控制工具提出优化对策,并进行成果检查。应用质量控制工具,可以通过科学高效的方式,改善电厂氮氧化物分布均匀性,达到提质增效的目的。
Taking a 2×1050 MW ultra-supercritical unit of a power plant as the research object,the quality control tool was used to improve the distribution uniformity of NO_(x)in the power plant.The problem existing in the denitration spray ammonia grid spray ammonia system was introduced,the improvement objective was put forward,then the optimization countermeasure by using the quality control tool was proposed,and the result was examined.Using quality control tool can improve the distribution uniformity of NO_(x)in the power plant in a scientific and efficient way,and achieve the purpose of improving quality and efficiency.
