多传感器信号融合的计层算法

摘要 弹丸高速侵彻过程中内部应力波对敏感信号产生干扰,会导致特征信号无法提取或信号异常,无法顺利进行后续起爆控制。针对这一问题,对加速度传感器信号和应力传感器信号进行融合,提出一种多传感器信号融合的计层算法。对高斯窗函数分别与不同的传感器信号在时域中进行卷积,将卷积后的信号加权融合,通过融合信号来控制起爆。现场可编程门阵列调试抓取波形表明,所提出的算法可以提取得到弹丸侵彻时的特征信号,能够顺利实时控制起爆。 In the process of projectile high-speed penetration,the internal stress wave interferes with the sensitive signal,which will lead to that the feature signal cannot be extracted or the signal is abnormal,and the subsequent initiation control cannot be carried out successfully.In order to solve this problem,a layer counting algorithm with multi-sensor signal fusion by fusing the acceleration sensor signal and the stress sensor signal was proposed.A Gaussian window function is convolved with different sensor signals in the time domain,the convolved signals are weighted and fused,and the initiation is controlled by the fusion signal.The waveform obtained by FPGA debugging shows that the proposed algorithm can extract the characteristic signal of projectile penetration,and can control the initiation successfully in real time.
