摘要
为了解决煤矿井下掘进工作面桥式转载机与带式输送机之间的搭接问题,实现快速推移,对BS800型迈步式自移机尾的自移技术进行研究,分析结构组成、机构原理、液压系统等。通过应用BS800型迈步式自移机尾,验证这一自移机尾的有效性和可行性,满足煤矿工作面高效生产的需求。
In order to solve the lap problem between the bridge transfer machine and the belt conveyor in the underground coal mine excavation face and realize the rapid movement,the self-moving technology of the BS800 stepping self-moving tail was studied,and the structural composition,mechanism principle,hydraulic system and so on were analyzed.Through the application of BS800 stepping self-moving tail,the effectiveness and feasibility of this self-moving tail were verified,so as to meet the need of efficient production of coal mine working face.
