普速铁路隧道整体道床下沉产生机理与整治技术优化研究

摘要 随着列车轴重、轴次的不断增长和服役年限延长,于上个世纪70年代修筑的普速铁路隧道整体道床陆续出现开裂、不均匀沉降等病害。本研究从病害产生机理出发,以兼顾行车与施工的前提下,对既有病害整治方法进行优化,提出使用快速早强材料注浆抬升道床、修复裂缝和同步更换支承垫石的方法。整治效果表明:该施工方法对于整治现有普速铁路整体道床不均匀沉降和开裂是可行的;注浆后现场实测轨距、水平、高低等静态检查结果符合作业验收标准;轨检车动态检查结果表明整治后轨距、水平、左高低、右高低、垂向加速度等项目标准差较整治前分别下降59.85%、16.07%、68.69%、72.53%、29.51%;本研究将为类似普速铁路隧道整体道床病害整治提供实证依据。 With the continuous growth of the axle load and number of axles of trains and the extension of service life,the monolithic track bed of ordinary speed railway tunnels built in the 1970s successively suffered from cracking,uneven settlement and other diseases.Based on the mechanism of the disease and taking into account both driving and construction,optimize the treatment methods of existing diseases,this study proposes the method of using fast early strength materials to lift the track bed,repair cracks and simultaneously replace the bearing pad stone.The results show that the construction method is feasible for the treatment of uneven settlement and cracking of the existing ordinary speed railway monolithic track bed;The static inspection results of the field track gauge,level and height after grouting meet the operation acceptance standards;The dynamic inspection results of the track inspection car show that the standard deviations of gauge,horizontal,left high low,right high low,vertical acceleration and other items after the renovation are 59.85%,16.07%,68.69%,72.53%and 29.51%lower than those before the renovation;This study will provide an empirical basis for the treatment of monolithic track bed diseases of similar ordinary speed railway tunnels.
