摘要
目的探究对慢性胃溃疡患者实施个体化饮食护理的效果。方法选择2022年1月至2023年5月就诊于本院治疗的106例慢性胃溃疡患者,随机分为实验组(53例)和常规组(53例),分别进行个体化饮食护理和常规护理,对比两组患者临床症状消除时间、并发症发生率及生活质量。结果实验组患者烧灼感、反酸、腹痛等症状消失时间较常规组更短(均P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率为3.77%,低于常规组的16.98%(P<0.05);实验组患者的生活质量评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性胃溃疡患者实施个体化饮食护理,可以有效降低并发症发生率,更快缓解疾病症状,促进患者胃功能恢复。
Objective To explore the effects of personalized diet nursing for patients with chronic gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 106 patients with chronic gastric ulcer treated in our hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into the experimental group(53 cases)and the routine group(53 cases),respectively,to receive individualized diet care and routine care,and to compare the clinical symptom elimination time,complication rate and quality of life of the two groups.Results The symptoms of burning sensation,acid reflux and abdominal pain in the experimental group disappeared more quickly than those in the conventional group(all P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was 3.77%,which was lower than that of the conventional group(16.98%)(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions Individualized diet nursing for patients with chronic gastric ulcer can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,relieve disease symptoms faster,and promote the recovery of gastric function.
