摘要
职业本科教育作为一种新兴的办学层次类型,在明方向、稳定位、强质量的同时,更需要承担好为党育人、为国育才的神圣使命。实践育人是新时代大学生思想政治教育工作的重要环节,也是职业本科学校培养高素质技术技能人才的重要抓手。文章深入挖掘职业本科学校实践育人过程中存在的育人协同性不够、育人要素作用发挥不均衡、育人基地不健全、育人评价机制不完善等问题,并提出针对性的解决办法,以期为我国职业本科学校思想政治教育实践育人工作提供参考与借鉴。
As an emerging type of educational level,vocational undergraduate education not only has clear direction,stable positioning,and strong quality,but also needs to undertake the sacred mission of educating people for the Party and talents for the country.Practical education is an important part of ideological and political education for college students in the new era,and it is also an important lever for vocational colleges to cultivate high quality technical and skilled talents.The article delves into the problems that exist in the practical education process of vocational undergraduate schools,such as insufficient collaboration in education,uneven play of educational elements,incomplete educational bases,and imperfect educational evaluation mechanisms.Targeted solutions are proposed to provide reference and inspiration for the practical education of ideological and political education in vocational undergraduate schools in China.
