径向箔片气体轴承静态刚度影响因素试验分析

摘要 箔片气体轴承的静态刚度直接影响气体轴承工作过程中的稳定性和可靠性。针对影响径向箔片气体轴承静态刚度的因素进行试验研究,通过对比测试比较不同因素对径向箔片气体轴承静态刚度数值的影响。试验结果表明:测试位置、底层箔片的厚度、轴承的种类和底层箔片的拱高均对气体轴承的静态刚度有一定的影响。 The static stiffness of the foil gas bearing directly affects the stability and reliability of the gas bearing in the working process.The factors affecting the static stiffness of the radial foil gas bearing are studied experimentally,and the influence of different factors on the static stiffness of the radial foil gas bearing is compared by comparison test.The test results show that the test position,the thickness of the bottom foil,the type of bearing and the arch height of the bottom foil all have a certain influence on the static stiffness of the gas bearing.
