摘要
基于15000箱集装箱双燃料动力船采用风险辨识方法HAZID对燃气供应系统进行定性风险研究。根据《使用气体或其他低闪点燃料船舶国际安全规则》(IGF规则)要求,HAZID分析的内容包括燃料加注站、燃料围护系统燃气供应系统及机舱内用气设备等。通过HAZID分析研讨会,共确定了281种情景,其中,92个风险按安全和环境(S&E)进行风险排序,119个按资产(A)进行风险排序。120个场景未进行风险定级,并在HAZID研讨会期间共提出了57项建议。
A qualitative risk study on the gas supply system based on a 15000 TEU dual-fuel ship using the risk identification method(HAZID)is conducted.According to the IGF gas regulations,HAZID analysis includes fuel filling stations,fuel enclosure gas supply systems and in-cabin gas equipment.Through the HAZID analysis workshop,a total of 281 scenarios were identified.Of these,92 risks were ranked by safety and environment(S&E)and 119 by asset(A).120 scenarios were not risk-rated.A total of 57 recommendations were made during the HAZID workshop.
