摘要
为解决混烧不同种类不同煤种时,锅炉的操作参数不能很好地把握的问题,以一台660 MW“W”型燃烧炉作为研究对象,根据当前燃烧的义马烟煤(黑煤)为研究对象,采用100%热耗量的检测方法,进行了试验研究。运用数值模拟方法,对两种煤在不同的配比下,煤的有效利用热、烟气速度和温度以及NO_(x)、SO_(x)、CO产量的变化进行了分析。
In order to solve the problem that the operating parameters of the boiler cannot be well grasped when different types of coal are co-burned,takes a 660 MW“W”flame boiler as the research object,and uses the detection method of 100%heat consumption according to the current burning Yima bituminous coal(black coal)as the research object.The numerical simulation method was used to analyze the effective utilization heat,flue gas velocity and temperature,and NO_(x),SO_(x),CO yield of the two coals under different ratios.
