摘要
目的 探究急性中耳炎采取阿奇霉素与阿莫西林结合克拉维酸的实践效果。方法 选取2022年1月~2023年1月于我院就诊的急性中耳炎患者研究,总例数为70例,按随机法原则分组,等比例分为对照组、观察组,对照组采取阿莫西林-克拉维酸诊疗,观察组采取阿奇霉素诊疗,比较两组指标,如临床疗效、症状改善用时及炎性因子等。结果 (1)临床疗效:观察组有效率水平,相比之对照组高,差异伴统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)症状改善用时:观察组耳痛、耳鸣及流脓等症状改善用时比对照组低,差异伴统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)炎性因子:基于炎性因子(IL-6、CRP及TNF-α)指标上,观察组下降幅度高于对照组,差异伴统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)听力状况:两组于语言频率平均听阈、静态声顺值对比差异伴统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 急性中耳炎采取阿奇霉素与阿莫西林结合克拉维酸诊疗效果确切,可改善听力状态,降低炎性效应,缓解临床症状,加速疾病恢复,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of combined Azithromycin and Amoxicillin Clavulanate on acute otitis media.Methods A total of 70 patients with acute otitis media in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2022 were 2023.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group in equal proportion,the control group was treated with Amoxicillin Clavulanate,while the observation group was treated with Azithromycin.The clinical efficacy,time of symptom improvement and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results 1 clinical effect:the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(p<0.05);2 time of symptom improvement:the time of symptom improvement such as earache,tinnitus and pus in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05);3 inflammatory factors:Based on the indexes of inflammatory factors(IL-6,CRP and TNF-α),the decrease extent of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);4 hearing status:there were significant differences between the two groups in average hearing threshold of language frequency and static tone sequence(p<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Azithromycin and Amoxicillin with Clavulanate is effective in the diagnosis and treatment of acute otitis media,which can improve hearing status,reduce inflammatory effect,relieve clinical symptoms and accelerate the recovery of the disease.
