船用高闪点喷气燃料池火实验分析

摘要 为掌握船用高闪点喷气燃料燃烧的相关特性,在搭建的8 m×13 m×7.5 m钢制舱中内进行了0.5 m×0.5 m×0.1 m与1 m×1 m×0.1 m两种火源面积的船用喷气燃料燃烧性能实验分析。在验证实验重复性和有效性的基础上,对不同火源面积和不同燃烧时间的高闪点喷气燃料所形成的热流场进行实验,重点考察燃烧面积和燃烧时间对温度场、辐射强度,以及火焰高度的影响。通过对结果分析得到,增加燃料质量燃料持续温度燃烧时间增加的倍数大于质量增加的倍数;火源面积的增大使得热量的聚集效应更加明显,温度梯度更大,热辐射更强,周围温度更高;结合实验数据和Heskestad公式,有效预测该型高闪点喷气燃料在某一火源面积下的热释放速率和火焰高度。 In order to understand the combustion characteristics of marine jet fuel with high flash point,an experimental study on the combustion performance of marine jet fuel with two fire source areas of 0.5m×0.5m×0.1m and 1m×1m×0.1m was carried out in the built 8m×13m×7.5m steel cabin.On the basis of verifying the experiment,the heat flow field formed by high flash point jet fuel with different fire source area and combustion time was tested,and the effects of combustion area and time on temperature field radiation intensity and flame height were mainly investigated.Through the analysis of the results,it was found that the increase of fuel quality,fuel continuous temperature and time is greater than the increase of mass;the increase of fire source area makes the heat accumulation effect more obvious,the temperature gradient is larger,the thermal radiation is stronger,and the ambient is temperature is higher.Combined with the experimental data and Heskestad formula the heat release rate and flame height of high flash point jet fuel under a certain fire source area can be effectively predicted.
