摘要
在海洋平台疲劳损伤计算时存在着大量不确定因素,使用确定性方法进行疲劳评估具有局限性。考虑到计算的简便性,常规疲劳可靠性分析方法是基于窄带分布推导出的,与实际海况下热点应力的宽带特征不符。为使评估结果更合理,给出一种基于宽带应力的疲劳可靠性评估方法,以南海某半潜式平台为例进行时变疲劳可靠性指标计算,验证了该方法的适用性和可行性。
There are a lot of uncertainties in the calculation of fatigue damage of offshore platforms,and the use of deterministic methods for fatigue assessment has limitations.Considering the simplicity of calculation,the conventional fatigue reliability analysis method has been derived based on the narrow-band distribution,but it is inconsistent with the wide-band characteristics of hot spot stress under actual sea conditions.To make the evaluation results more accurate,a fatigue reliability assessment method was proposed based on wide-band stress.A semi-submersible platform in the South China Sea was taken as an example to calculate the time-varying fatigue reliability index,which verified the applicability and feasibility of the method.
