钢纤维混凝土弯曲韧性的试验研究及有限元模拟

摘要 为研究钢纤维混凝土的弯曲韧性,采用不同体积掺量的铣削型钢纤维制备钢纤维混凝土,通过试验研究了掺量对钢纤维混凝土梁式试件的荷载-挠度曲线、弯曲韧性指数和弯曲韧性比的影响,再采用有限元软件ABAQUS模拟分析了与试验同条件下的荷载-挠度曲线、裂缝扩展过程等。结果表明:大体积掺量的钢纤维混凝土在加载后期的增韧阻裂效果更好,钢纤维体积掺量为1.5%的弯曲韧性最好,同时结合荷载-挠度曲线和应力云图分析了钢纤维混凝土的破坏过程和破坏特征,为钢纤维混凝土应用于工程提供参考。 To study the flexural toughness of steel fiber reinforced concrete,different volume proportions of milled steel fibers are used to prepare steel fiber reinforced concrete.The effects of proportion on the load-deflection curve,flexural toughness index,and flexural toughness ratio of steel fiber reinforced concrete beam specimens are studied by experiments.Subsequently,the load-deflection curve and crack propagation process under the same conditions as the experiments are simulated and analyzed by using the finite element software ABAQUS.The results show that the steel fiber reinforced concrete with a large volume proportion has better toughening and crack resistance effect in the later stage of loading.The flexural toughness is best when the volume proportion of steel fiber is 1.5%.At the same time,the failure process and characteristics of steel fiber reinforced concrete are analyzed by combining the load-deflection curve and stress cloud map,providing references for the application of steel fiber reinforced concrete in engineering.
