摘要
全面提高人才自主培养质量对研究生导师培养高层次人才提出了更高要求。在此背景下,从价值向度、核心旨归、要素配置审视研究生导师责任是研究生导师担负好第一责任人的重要基础。定位研究生培养方向,归纳研究生在基础理论积累阶段、理论应用探索阶段、知识运用提升阶段、学术创新产出阶段的学习任务并进行针对性指导,是提升研究生培养质量的重要举措。
The proposal of comprehensively improving the quality of independent training of talents raises higher requirements for postgraduate tutors to cultivate high-level talents.In this context,it is an important basis to examine the responsibility of postgraduate tutors from the perspectives of value,core purpose and element allocation,so that postgraduate tutors may better take the first responsibility.The core orientation of postgraduate training should be fixed.It is an effective operating mechanism for promoting the quality of postgraduate training to analyze the learning characteristics of postgraduates in the stages of basic theory accumulation,theory application exploration,knowledge application improvement and academic innovation output,and to give targeted policy guidance.
