摘要
降脂治疗的心血管获益得到了大量实验证实,但其引起的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平的下降是否会引起认知功能的下降也逐渐引起人们的担忧。随着降胆固醇新药的不断上市,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇可达到的下限越来越低。现对以降胆固醇为主的降脂药物他汀类药物、胆固醇吸收抑制剂和前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9抑制剂对认知功能影响的研究现状进行综述。
The cardiovascular benefits of lipid-lowering therapy have been confirmed by a large number of experiments,but whether the decrease of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol will lead to the decline of cognitive function is also gradually causing concern.As new cholesterol-lowering drugs continue to hit the market,the limit that low-density lipoprotein cholesterol can reach is getting lower and lower.This article reviews the current research status on the effects of lipid-lowering drugs such as statins,cholesterol absorption inhibitors,and proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin 9 inhibitors on cognitive function.
