摘要 在信息技术的快速发展和普及程度不断提高的背景下,碎片化教学资源在个性化教学中发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章对高职院校中教学资源碎片化与个性化教学的问题进行深入研究,深入探讨教学资源碎片化在个性化教学中的优势和意义,具体内容和实施策略,以及其在实施过程中的核心要素。阐述资源碎片化对个性化教学需求的重要性,和对教学效果和效率的提升。只有合理开发和使用碎片化教学资源,才能够有效地满足学生的个性化需求,提高教学效果和学习效果。 Against the backdrop of rapid development and increasing popularity of information technology,fragmented teaching resources play an increasingly important role in individualized teaching.This article conducts an in-depth study of the problems of fragmented teaching resources and individualized teaching in higher vocational colleges,and explores the advantages and significance of fragmented teaching resources in individualized teaching,and specific content and implementation strategies,as well as core elements in the implementation process.It expounds the importance of resource fragmentation to the demand for individualized teaching,and its promotion of teaching effectiveness and efficiency.Only by reasonably developing and using fragmented teaching resources we can effectively meet the individualized needs of students and improve teaching effectiveness and learning effectiveness.
