摘要
目的探讨芪芍护脑荣筋胶囊联合针刺对急性脑梗死的治疗效果及对远期神经功能影响。方法选取2020年10月—2022年10月天水市中医医院收治的92例急性脑梗死患者进行研究,应用抽签法将患者分为观察组(n=46)与对照组(n=46)。对照组进行常规溶栓治疗,观察组增加芪芍护脑荣筋胶囊联合针刺治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后近远期神经功能,并对比其生活质量情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组患者治疗前、治疗后3个月、6个月的简易智能状态检查量表(MMSE)、神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)评分进行分析发现,不同治疗措施与时间因素具有相互效应,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后3个月,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,MMSE评分高于对照组,治疗后6个月观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,MMSE评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组的生活质量评分均升高,且观察组生活质量相关评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上增加芪芍护脑荣筋胶囊联合针刺对急性脑梗死治疗效果显著,降低神经功能损伤,患者治疗后生活质量较高。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Qishao Hunaorongjin Capsule combined with acupuncture on acute cerebral infarction and its influence on long-term nerve function.Methods A total of 92 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 46 patients in each group.The control group underwent conventional thrombolytic therapy,and the observation group added Qipabao rongjin capsule combined with acupuncture,compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the long-term neurological function before and after treatment,and the quality of life.Results The total response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Analysis of NIHSS and MMSE scores before,3 months and 6 months after treatment in both groups,Different treatment measures have reciprocal effects with temporal factors,All were statistically significant(P<0.05),at 3 months after the treatment,The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the MMSE score was higher than that of the control group.After 6 months of treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the MMSE score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of the two groups(P>0.05),post-treatment,The QoL scores were elevated in both groups,And the correlation score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,Qishao Hunaorengjin capsule combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has a significant therapeutic effect on acute cerebral infarction,reducing neurological damage,and improving the quality of life of patients after treatment.
