超长多孔板间歇冲裁多工位级进模设计

Design on multi-station progressive die for intermittent blanking of ultra-long porous plate

摘要 为满足某多孔板的大批量生产需求,通过分析其成形工艺,确定采用多工位级进模的生产方式。根据制件尺寸大、孔型多的特点,设计了间歇冲裁排样和凸、凹模排布顺序。首先,不同位置的冲裁凸、凹模的工作状态不同,经11个工步完成孔冲裁,材料利用率达88.5%。其次,部分孔采用机械式间歇机构进行冲裁,间歇处设置凸轮结构,在模具开合动作下,通过棘爪拉杆和棘轮配合带动凸轮旋转,凸轮偏心运动引起滑板移动,使凸、凹模处于合理状态,实现了部分孔冲裁次数与压力机行程次数不同。最后,模具采用浮动导料销导料和导正销定位,利用滚动式导柱导套导向,使该模具能够冲制出满足工业要求的制件。 In order to meet the mass production need of a certain porous plate,a multi-station progressive die production method was de-termined by analyzing the forming process,and according to the characteristics of large size and multiple hole types of parts,the intermit-tent blanking layout and layout sequence of punches and dies were designed.Firstly,the working status of punches and dies at different positions was different,and the holes were punched through eleven steps and the material utilization rate reached 88.5%.Secondly,part of the holes were punched by a mechanical intermittent mechanism,and a cam structure was set up in the intermittent place.Accompa-nied by the opening and closing action of the die,the cam was driven to rotate by the cooperation of pawl rod and ratchet,and the eccen-tric movement of cam caused the slide plate to move,so that the punch and die were in a reasonable state,and the number of punching for part of the holes was different from the number of press stroke.Finally,the die adept the floating guide pins to guide material and the guide pin for positioning,and rolling guide posts and bushings to guide,so that the die could produce parts that met the industrial requirements.
