摘要
为了解决钢丝绳传统拆股检测存在的效率较低、数据处理量大、计算量大以及多股钢丝绳数据检测难度较大等问题,在分析了钢丝绳结构特点的基础上,采用机器视觉技术和人工智能检测算法搭建了钢丝绳数据自动检测与处理系统,实现了对钢丝绳状态和力学特性的智能检测与在线实时处理,并以现场使用的圆股钢丝绳为实验对象,对机器视觉钢丝绳智能检测系统进行了应用调试。结果表明,钢丝绳智能检测数据处理系统能准确获取钢丝绳的物理性能参数,距离位置偏差仅为0.02 mm,有效提高了钢丝绳检测数据的效率。
In order to solve the wire rope traditional split detection of low efficiency,data processing,calculation and many wire rope data detection is difficult,this paper on the basis of the analysis of the wire rope structure characteristics,using the machine vision technology and artificial intelligence detection algorithm set up the wire rope data automatic detection and processing system,realize the wire rope state and mechanical characteristics of intelligent detection and online real-time processing,and the circular wire rope used in the field as the experimental object,the machine vision wire rope intelligent detection system application debugging,the test results show that the wire rope intelligent detection data processing system can accurately obtain the physical performance parameters of the wire rope,the distance from the position deviation is only0.02 mm,effectively improve the efficiency of the wire rope detection data.
