摘要
目的 观察一次性根管治疗在小儿乳牙急性牙髓炎中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年3月至2023年3月于临沂市兰山区人民医院治疗的84例乳牙急性牙髓炎患儿为研究对象,按照摸球法分为参照组与观察组,每组各42例。参照组应用多次根管治疗方案,观察组应用一次性根管治疗方案,比较两组治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组疼痛评分低于参照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛持续时间短于参照组(P <0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于参照组(P <0.05)。结论 一次性根管治疗在小儿乳牙急性牙髓炎中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the application effect of one-time root canal therapy in acute pulpitis of deciduous teeth in children.Methods A total of 84 children with acute pulpitis of deciduous teeth in Lanshan District People's Hospital in Linyi from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into reference group and observation group according to the ball-touching method,with 42 cases in each group.The reference group received multiple root canal therapy,while the observation group received one-time root canal therapy.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of reference group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(P < 0.05).The duration of pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the reference group(P < 0.05).The total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(P < 0.05).Conclusion One-time root canal therapy in acute pulpitis of deciduous teeth in children has significant application effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
