摘要
助力老年人跨越数字鸿沟,融入数字体育生活,释放体育消费潜力,是推动体育银发经济健康可持续发展的关键抓手。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,厘清数字经济赋能老年人体育消费升级的理论内涵、价值意蕴与阻滞困境。针对老年人体育消费政策有待完善,体育消费市场缺乏数字人文关怀;老年人数字体育消费主观意愿不强,数字技术应用抵触情绪明显;智能体育产品及服务适老化水平偏低,体育消费供需关系失衡;老年人数字体育消费权益易受侵犯和难以得到保障等问题提出实践方略:加强老年人体育消费政策顶层设计,满足老年群体数字体育消费关怀需求;培养老年人数字素养和技术应用能力,加强体育消费数据信息安全保护;鼓励适老化体育产品及服务研发与创新,规范体育产品及服务建设标准;维护老年人数字体育消费权益,推进数字体育消费市场法治建设。
Helping the elderly to cross the digital divide,to integrate into the digital sports life,and to release the potential of sports consumption are the keys to promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the sports silver economy.By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper clarifies the theoretical connotations,value implications and dilemmas of digital economy empowering the sports consumption upgrade of the elderly.There exist some problems that the sports consumption policy of the elderly needs to be improved,and the sports consumption market lacks digital humanistic care;the subjective willingness of the elderly to consume digital sports is not strong,and the application of digital technology has obvious resistances;the level of intelligent sports products and services for the elderly is low,and the imbalance between the supply and the demand of sports consumption for the elderly;and the increasing vulnerability of the rights and interests of digital sports consumption for the elderly,and the protections are difficult to obtain.In view of these,it puts forward the practical strategies:strengthening the top-level design of sports consumption policies for the elderly to meet the care needs of digital sports consumption for the elderly;cultivating the digital literacy and technical application abilities of the elderly,and strengthening the information security protection of sports consumption data;encouraging the research and development and the innovation of sports products and services for the elderly,and standardizing the construction standards of sports products and services;maintaining the rights and interests of digital sports consumption for the elderly,and promoting the legal construction of digital sports consumer market.
