摘要
以“态靶辨治”理论为指导,基于中医理论与脑卒中现代分期,归纳卒中“壅、瘀、损”的全程发展态势,并探讨各期各态下的脑卒中治疗原则及相应靶药,围绕“瘀”的核心病机探讨缺血性中风和出血性中风的辨证治疗策略。构建以分类、分期为特征的脑卒中辨治体系,为充分发挥中医药优势治疗脑卒中提供借鉴。
Guided by the theory of"state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiation",based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the modern stages of stroke,this paper summarizes the whole development trend of stroke"obstruction,stasis and damage",explores the treatment principles and corresponding target drugs in each stage and state of stroke,and discusses the strategies of treatment based on syndrome differentiation for ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke around the core pathogenesis of"stasis".The treatment based on syndrome diferentiation of stroke characterized by classification and stage is constructed,in order to provide reference for giving full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of stroke.
