摘要
引射器可以利用高压天然气的压力能引射生产力较低的较低压天然气,达到增产的目的。通过计算流体动力学(CFD)方法研究了环缝式引射器的结构尺寸对引射性能的影响。结果表明,在环缝半径、环缝倾角和混合段半径长度不同的情况下,引射率为-59.84%~84.29%,即3个参数对引射性能具有很大影响。
The ejector could utilize the pressure energy of high-pressure natural gas to eject low-pressure natural gas with low production capacity,achieving the goal of increasing production.The influence of the structural dimensions of the annular slot ejector on the ejection performance was studied using CFD method.The results showed that under different lengths of annular slot radius,annular slot inclination angle,and mixing section radius,the ejection rate ranges from-59.84%to 84.29%,indicating that these three parameters had a significant impact on the ejection performance.
