智能制造理念在客车造型设计中的应用研究

摘要 在经济全球化的趋势下,智能制造引起了学术界和工业界的广泛关注。作为智能制造中的关键技术之一,大数据分析通过挖掘各类大数据中的知识价值和潜在能力,可以明显提高制造业的市场竞争力,同时也可以帮助设计师们在各种复杂的受众群体背景下做出明智的设计方案。文章为大数据分析技术在客车造型设计中指导设计方案提供了理论分析依据,充分论证了智能制造理念在产品设计中的实用性。提出了基于大数据分析技术的客车造型设计分析概念框架,为该领域面临的严峻挑战和未来研究方向提供了有价值的见解和思考。 Under the trend of economic globalization,intelligent manufacturing has attracted extensive attention from academia and industry.As one of the key technologies in intelligent manufacturing,big data analysis can significantly improve the market competitiveness of the manufacturing industry by mining the knowledge value and potential capabilities in various big data,and can also help designers make wise design solutions in the context of various complex audience groups.This paper provides a theoretical analysis basis for the big data analysis technology to guide the design scheme in the design of passenger cars,and fully demonstrates the practicability of the concept of intelligent manufacturing in product design.This paper proposes a conceptual framework for bus styling design analysis based on big data analysis technology,which provides valuable insights and thoughts for the severe challenges and future research directions in this field.
