摘要
爆胎事故作为高死亡率的事故,国家针对营运客车商用车等均制定了相应爆胎应急装置的标准,部分标准对模拟爆胎提出了具体要求。虽然M1与N1类小型汽车尚未有国家标准,但国内车企已经在主动研究符合GB/T 38796—2020对爆胎后车辆性能要求的被动安全措施。文章分析了现有模拟爆胎方法的优缺点,并设计了一种适用于小型汽车的随动刺破式模拟爆胎装置,该装置安装于车架羊角处,通过无线电遥控,可以实现任意时刻的直线与弯道模拟爆胎。并根据试验验证,证明此方法可以满足国标要求。
As an accident with a high mortality rate,the national standards has formulated corresponding standards for tyre blow-out emergency safety device for tire explosions in operating buses and commercial vehicles,and some standards have specific requirements for simulating tire explosions.Although there are no national standards for M1 and N1 vehicle,domestic vehicle companies are actively researching passive safety measures that meet the performance requirements of GB/T 38796-2020 for vehicles with tire bursts.This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing methods for simulating tyre blowout and designs a follow-up puncture type tyre blowout device suitable for M1 and N1 vehicle.The device is installed at the Steering Knuckle of the frame and is remotely controlled by radio,It can simulate a tire blowout on straight and curved tracks at any time.And based on experimental verification,it has been proven that this method can meet the requirements of national standards and is feasible.
