摘要
随着大数据、AI技术的不断发展,各种新技术应用在了光纤光缆的制造行业中,光缆制造朝着自动化、智能化、集成化不断发展。本文介绍了通过Aforge框架对着色光纤进行图形图像分析,利用灰度法、二值化、边缘检测、BLOB处理和EDLines等算法,低成本、高效地实现了光纤无色监控系统,解决了着色套塑一体机光纤无色的监控难题,保证了产品质量,降低了质量风险和损失。
With the continuous development of big data and AI technology,various new technologies have been applied in the manufacturing industry of fiber optic cables,and cable manufacturing is constantly developing towards automation,intelligence,and integration.This article introduces the use of the Aforge framework for graphic image analysis of colored optical fibers.By utilizing algorithms such as grayscale,binarization,edge detection,BLOB processing,and EDLines,a low-cost and efficient fiber colorless monitoring system has been implemented,solving the monitoring problem of fiber colorless in the coloring and molding machine,ensuring product quality,and reducing quality risks and losses.
