摘要
随着社会对劳动型人才的迫切需求和我国高等教育改革的不断深入,劳动教育成为高职院校的重要教学内容。完善的劳动教育体系有助于提高学生的责任意识和创新能力,培养学生的工匠精神和职业精神。对此,本文从劳动教育的价值意蕴以及精神内涵出发,分析了当前高职院校中劳动教育部分普遍存在的问题,并提出一些建议,从而保证高职院校的劳动教育得到健康有序的发展,全面提升学生的劳动素养,为建设现代化社会主义强国源源不断地提供全方位发展的现代化技能型人才。
With the urgent demand for labor oriented talents in society and the continuous deepening of higher education reform in China,labor education has become an important teaching content in higher vocational colleges.A sound labor education system can help improve students'sense of responsibility and innovation ability,and cultivate their craftsmanship and professionalism.Based on the value and spiritual connotation of labor education,this paper analyzes the common problems in labor education in higher vocational colleges and puts forward some suggestions to ensure the healthy and orderly development of labor education in higher vocational colleges,comprehensively improve students labor literacy,and continuously provide all-round development of modern skilled talents for building a modern socialist power.
