摘要 随着互联网的深入发展、第三方平台的迅速发展,企业为了适应新的市场发展需求,打造规模产业生态圈,企业并购活动变得更加频繁和复杂。因此,文章以互联网为研究视角,以并购协同效应为追求目标,探索企业并购的新形势,并在此基础上结合具体的案例探索企业并购的动因及协同效应,目的在于依托互联网的价值优势,强化企业并购成效,助力企业健康可持续发展。 With the in-depth development of the Internet and the rapid development of third-party platforms.In order to adapt to the new market development needs and build a scale industry ecosystem,enterprise merger and acquisition activities become more frequent and complex.Therefore,this paper explores the new situation of enterprise M&A from the perspective of the Internet and the goal of M&A synergy,explores the motivation and synergy of enterprise M&A in combination with specific cases on this basis.The purpose is to rely on the value advantage of the Internet,strengthen the effectiveness of enterprise M&A,help enterprises develop healthily and sustainably.
