基于DSP的整流管组件故障诊断技术研究

摘要 为了提高航空发电机整流管组件故障诊断系统的效果和可靠性,本文采用DSP芯片和神经网络方法设计了一个故障检测系统,可实现对发电机整流管组件整流管正常工作、单管断路和双管断路故障等三类模式的诊断。通过对实际航空发电机的数据进行分析,结果表明,对给定的数据,系统诊断正确率可达100%。 In order to improve the effectiveness and reliability of the fault diagnosis system for the rectifier tube assembly of aero-generator,a fault detection system was designed by using DSP chip and neural network method,which could diagnose the normal operation of the diode of the rectifier tube assembly,single-tube open circuit and double-tube open circuit.By analyzing the data of actual aero-generator,the results show that the system diagnosis accuracy can reach 100%for the given data.
