摘要
为探究高铁列车在运行过程中车厢空气质量以及空调系统控制运行模式变化情况,以空调系统构成为基础,对列车空调通风系统、制冷系统、供暖系统以及控制系统进行介绍,并详细说明高铁车厢内在制冷和供暖两种工况下的送风过程及冷热风的形成过程,同时通过多种传感器监测高铁车厢气体环境,说明车厢内空气质量标准。以CRH_3型动车组列车为例,对列车在经过隧道、遭遇紧急情况、车厢外界环境温度变化以及列车清洗前等不同情况下的车厢内空气环境状态和空调系统运行状态进行探究,得出:列车在正常行驶时运行循环通风模式和整备模式;当经过隧道时车厢由循环通风模式和整备模式转为隧道模式,以缓解车厢内外压力差带来的影响;在车厢内空气温度低于实时空气标准时,空调系统运行供暖模式;在车厢内空气温度高于实时空气标准时,空调系统运行制冷模式;在车厢外界温度低于5℃时,空调系统运行强制加热模式,对易冻结的区域进行加热;在车厢外界温度高于40℃时,空调系统运行强制制冷模式,防止高温环境下设备损坏;在供电故障时,空调系统运行应急通风模式,为乘客提供新风;在洗车前,空调系统运行清洗模式,防止新风道风口进水。以此得出了在不同空气环境以及保障舒适的车厢内环境下列车空调系统的运行模式及基于气体环境监测的空调系统调控策略。从空调系统构成出发,基于高铁车厢气体环境监测数据,提出空调系统调控策略,为空调系统设备的改善,提高车厢内空气质量和乘客舒适度提供参考。
In order to investigate the air quality of the carriage and the change of air conditioning system control operation mode during the operation of high-speed trains,the air conditioning and ventilation system,cooling system,heating system and control system of the train are introduced based on the composition of the air conditioning system,and the air supply process and the formation process of hot and cold air under the two working conditions of cooling and heating in the high-speed train carriage are explained in detail,and the air quality in the high-speed train carriage is monitored by various sensors to illustrate the air quality standards.The air quality standard in the carriage is illustrated by monitoring the air environment through various sensors.Taking CRH_3 trains as an example,the air environment status inside the carriage and the operation status of the air conditioning system are explored under different conditions such as passing through a tunnel,encountering an emergency,changing the outside ambient temperature of the carriage and before the train is cleaned,etc.It is concluded that:the train runs the circulating ventilation mode and the whole preparation mode during normal driving;when passing through a tunnel the carriage changes from the circulating ventilation mode and the whole preparation mode to the tunnel mode When the air temperature inside the carriage is lower than the standard,the air conditioning system runs the cooling mode;when the air temperature inside the carriage is higher than the standard,the air conditioning system runs the heating mode;when the outside temperature of the carriage is lower than 5℃,the air conditioning system runs the forced heating mode to heat the area that is easy to freeze;when the outside temperature of the carriage is higher than 40℃,the air conditioning system runs the forced cooling mode In the case of power supply failure,the air conditioning system runs emergency ventilation mode to provide fresh air for passengers;before washing the car,the air conditioning system runs cleaning mode to prevent water from entering the air outlet of the new air duct.In this way,the operation mode of the train air-conditioning system under different air environments as well as to ensure a comfortable interior environment and the air-conditioning system regulation and control strategy based on gas environment monitoring are derived.From the composition of the air conditioning system,the air conditioning system regulation and control strategy is proposed based on the gas environment monitoring data of the high-speed railway car,which provides a reference for the improvement of the air conditioning system equipment and the improvement of the air quality and passenger comfort in the car.
