摘要
1只2岁8月龄雄性阿拉斯加雪橇犬出现持续性舔舐脚部皮肤、面部,趾间瘙痒、脱毛,脾气暴躁。采取临床检查、瘙痒评分、血液学及影像学检查、过敏原测试和鼻部皮肤刮片细胞学镜检等方法,确诊患犬为异位性皮炎并发小孢子菌感染。第一阶段通过驱虫止痒、药浴、饮食管理、抗菌消炎和定期监测管理,治疗5周后复查细胞学,未见小孢子真菌,瘙痒症状明显改善;第二阶段继续治疗3周,瘙痒得到控制,性格变得温顺。共治疗10周后,该犬皮肤屏障重新建立,毛发生长完全,无瘙痒状态,患犬痊愈。出院2周后电话回访未出现异常、无复发,说明针对该病例采取的治疗方案可行有效。
A 2-year-old and 8-month-old male Alaskan Malamute presented to the doctor for recent persistent licking of the skin of the feet,itching on the face and between the toes,hair loss,and short temper.Clinical examination,itching score,hematological and imaging examination,allergen testing and cytology smear microscopy are used to confirm that the dog had atopic dermatitis complicated by Microsporum infection.After 5 weeks of treatment through the first stage of deworming and antipruritic treatment,medicated bathing,dietary management,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,and regular monitoring and management,the cytology showed no microspore fungus,and the itching symptoms were significantly improved;after the second stage of continued treatment for 3 weeks,the itching After 10 weeks of treatment,the skin barrier was re-established,the hair grew completely,and there was no pruritus,and the dog had recovered.Two weeks after discharge from the hospital,there was no abnormality and no recurrence in the telephone return visit,indicating that the treatment plan for this case is feasible and effective.
