Purification and Resource Utilization of Industrial Mixed Salt Wastewater by Nanofiltration Membrane

摘要 以陕西延长中煤榆林能源化工股份有限公司化工园区生产的废水“零排放”项目为例,研究纳滤(NF)膜在其工业废水提纯中的应用,通过NF分离高浓废水中NaCl/Na2SO4,NF产水进入六效降膜蒸发单元结晶精制工业盐,产品氯化钠质量分数≥92%,资源化利用率可达63%以上,实现经济效益4011万元/a。 Taking the"zero discharge"project of wastewater produced in the chemical park of Shaanxi Yanchang middling coal Yulin Energy and Chemical Co.Ltd as an example,the application of nanofiltration(NF)membrane in the purification of industrial wastewater was studied.Through the separation of NaCl/Na2SO4 in high concentration wastewater by NF,the produced water by NF entered the six effect falling film evaporation unit for crystal refining of industrial salt,the product sodium chloride mass fraction was≥92%,the resource utilization rate can reach more than 43%,and the economic benefit is 36.225 million yuan/a.
